This report presents the results of SafeCare BC's 2024 annual member survey. Over 1,300 responses were received from frontline workers, leaders, managers, and others connected to the sector. This is the largest response to SafeCare BC’s member survey to date, exceeding last year’s response of 1,006 respondents (a 29% increase). The feedback has provided valuable insights into the association's awareness, engagement, and effectiveness.
