The idea is to consider the middle day of the week- WEDNESDAY as the day of wellness at workplace.
The Site or Floor Manager to take the lead and do a particular wellness activity with their team members.

This idea emphasizes having the leadership team on board with the frontline workers to acknowledge the efforts, devotion and dedication of their team, especially during these unprecedented times of COVID 19.
This innovation helps/ will help:

– Develop a healthy and harmonious culture in the workplace.
– Decrease stress, anxiety and workplace burnout.
Ultimately, this should lead to better productivity, enthusiasm, optimism and focus.
The care providers will be able to take care of themselves whilst taking care of the residents.
