How did you implement this idea?

The ID band is effective when paired with a ticket boarding pass of the same colour.

A boarding pass is a laminated ticket containing information on the resident. The boarding pass will include a picture of the resident, their name, and an adjective that describes them best. The back will contain the nurse’s or caregiver’s notes with date and time, which would track and monitor the resident’s condition or status.

What has been the impact on workplace health and safety?

This low-tech safety innovation is simple yet convenient and helps track the whereabouts about and the condition of the residents. It helps them feel comfortable and lets them remember simpler memories while engaging them in different redirection activities.
