The latest province-wide survey by WorkSafeBC highlights that while many employers in long-term care are familiar with SafeCare BC, awareness is notably lower among home support and smaller operators. Among those who do engage, there’s strong satisfaction with our health and safety resources, especially training. The findings point to a valuable opportunity: ensuring that all leaders—regardless of organization size—can easily access and benefit from tools that support safety, compliance, and workforce wellbeing.
