As the founder and principal of Conduit Coaching, Mary Ellen has worked very closely with key leaders and their teams in many sectors. Her inspiration is supporting organizations to be places of joy, meaning and connection for leaders, staff and the people you serve. With Mary Ellen, what you see is what you get. She’s a little cheeky and will ask you tough questions with humor and compassion so you actually see your blind spots and make the choices that best serve you and your organization. To her work Mary Ellen brings all of who she is personally and professionally. She’s had a daily meditation practice since 2011, initiated to address a health scare. She’s also a successful real estate investor, past treasurer and co-chair for a $15M non-profit, reformed marathon runner and triathlete, somewhat obsessed cookie baking hobbyist, and mom.
