Building purpose with strength based communication

Building purpose in the workplace starts with how we communicate. Strength-based communication focuses on understanding and using the unique strengths of each person to foster trust and respect. When we communicate in ways that highlight strengths, we can reduce misunderstandings and prevent conflicts. In this webinar, we will explore how strength-based communication creates a supportive environment where people feel heard and valued.

Objectives:

  • Learn the key principles of strength-based communication and how it can improve workplace relationships.
  • Understand how focusing on individual strengths can reduce misunderstandings and prevent conflict.
  • Explore practical tools to communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families.
  • Gain insights into how strength-based communication can create a supportive and positive work environment.

Outcomes:

  • Participants will feel more confident using strength-based communication in their daily interactions.
  • Participants will be able to apply techniques that highlight strengths to prevent miscommunication and workplace conflict.
  • Participants will leave with practical tools to create a more supportive, purpose-driven work environment.
