Project vision: The goal of this project is to create a secure, intuitive, and scalable web tool to empower our member organizations in the long-term care and home health support sectors. The Portal will enable them to independently assess their OHS programs, receive tailored recommendations, manage action plans, and track key safety metrics over time.

Core functionalities include:

  • A library of scalable self-assessment tools.
  • An automated recommendation engine.
  • A personalized member dashboard with a Kanban-style action planner.
  • An interactive data visualization dashboard for tracking internal OHS metrics.
  • A backend portal for our internal consultants to monitor member progress and provide targeted support.

Key technical requirements:

  • Seamless integration with our existing WordPress website for user authentication (SSO).
  • API-based integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for logging consultant interactions.
  • Full compliance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
  • A fully responsive design, accessible on all devices and compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Submission information: Interested parties are invited to download the full Request for Proposal (RFP) document for a detailed breakdown of all requirements, submission guidelines, and evaluation criteria.

All inquiries must be directed to the contact person listed within the RFP document by the specified deadline. We look forward to receiving your proposal.
