Classification & Rates Modification Administrator
Sarah Davies is a Classification & Rates Modification Administrator at WorkSafeBC. The Class & Rates Team collaborate with senior leaders, the actuarial team, and others at WorkSafeBC to deliver fair and equitable rates to industries in BC, while also ensuring the classification and rate structure matches the changing claim costs and industry evolution. She joined WorkSafeBC in 2013 and has been working with the Class & Rates Team since 2023.
Industry and Program Specialist, Prevention Programs and Services
Daryl Davidson is an Industry & Program Specialist with Prevention Programs & Services at WorkSafeBC. She collaborates with industry associations, labour organizations, and health and safety associations in the health care sector to build organizational capacity, strengthen safety ownership, and advance positive safety cultures that support improved occupational health and safety knowledge, skills, and practices. She joined WorkSafeBC in early 2022, after having spent the previous 15 years working in various forest industry sectors as a safety and environmental manager and in the health care sector as the acting violence prevention lead for Northern Health.
