Transform disconnected teams into places of awe, belonging, and mattering

Discover how teams can adopt a strengths-based approach that sparks awe and wonder, fostering greater belonging and mattering.

Burnout and turnover in the workplace continue to rise despite increased wellness benefits and programs – because the real gap lies in the areas the scaffolding can’t reach: connection. This session shares awethentIQ@work™, Ode to Wonder’s research-informed workplace framework created by Paula Toledo (MAPP), founder of Ode to Wonder Consulting, to combat burnout, loneliness, and the “quiet cracking” crisis in modern organizations.

To build psychologically healthy, socially connected workplaces, Paula will share how teams can adopt a strengths-based approach that sparks awe and wonder, fostering greater belonging and mattering. You’ll leave with practical tools you can implement immediately in your workplace, plus the research explaining why they work.
