  • Brief consultations: Quick, targeted support to help address your concerns.
  • Enhancing psychological health and safety pilot project: A collaborative program offering a comprehensive strengths and gaps analysis, the development of a psychological health and safety action plan, and post-implementation assessment.

Enhancing psychological health and safety pilot project

Looking for ways to improve psychological health and safety in your workplace? We’ve got you covered. SafeCare BC members can sign up for the pilot of our enhancing psychological health and safety in the workplace project. 

The pilot is a no-fee consultative service designed to help you create, maintain, and improve the psychological health and safety of your organization.

Sheila Fauman will work collaboratively with you to conduct a strengths and gaps analysis and will guide you through the development of a psychological health and safety action plan, and a post-implementation assessment.

Who can take part?

Participation is open to organizations that meet the following criteria:

  • You are a SafeCare BC member. Not sure if you're a member? Read our FAQ.
  • Your leadership demonstrates a commitment to improving psychological health and safety.
  • You are willing and able to allocate resources (i.e. time, staff, etc.) to the pilot, and intend to complete the pilot to the best of your ability.

We will work with you to assess the pilot's suitability for your organization. It can be customized to meet any specific needs or interests of your workplace.

If you are not a member but are interested in learning more about the pilot or participating in the pilot, please reach out to Sheila.

What does the pilot offer?

  • Expertise from our Workplace Psychological Health and Safety Coach, Sheila Fauman, to assist with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of psychological health and safety in your workplace. 
  • A structured process, led by Sheila, to evaluate strengths, gaps, and opportunities to enhance the psychological health and safety of the workplace.
  • A tailored psychological health and safety action plan with targeted initiatives and strategies.
  • Continued access to our resources and learning materials.

Follow-up support may be available based on organizational needs.
