We are inspired that over 1,350 respondents, from frontline professionals to leaders, managers, and support services workers, took the time to complete the survey.

This is the largest response we've ever received, underscoring the collective effort and the importance of your feedback.

  • Your organization's workplace health and safety has improved (94%)
  • You're more aware of workplace health and safety (95%)
  • You've changed the way you work (81%)

You also told us about your safety concerns – which include:

  • Mental health and wellbeing (50%)
  • Fatigue and overexertion due to workload (44%)
  • Responsive behaviours towards staff (32%)
  • Musculoskeletal injury prevention (35%)

These echo the concerns identified in the 2023 survey.

Your top learning priorities are:

  • Psychological health and safety (61%)
  • Dementia care (43%)
