In long-term care it is increasingly apparent that who is on shift is just as important as how many staff are on shift. Quality care is difficult to achieve when we do not routinely engage with one another in a positive, or civil, manner.

Support Services Appreciation Day | Natalie

September 22, 2022

Natalie, a food service team member, is never without a smile and a kind word. Her positive attitude is infectious, and she consistently goes above and beyond for her team members! One team member writes, “One can never say enough about Natalie. She embodies the term team player.

She is thoughtful, helpful, and caring towards co-workers, exemplifying her kindness to our residents. Natalie is an asset in all attributes: job performance, lifting spirits, and making the workplace environment brighter for all of us!” Natalie is an incredible example of our values in action.

She finds creative ways to encourage her team, is a beacon in the community connecting local businesses that want to support our residents and recently participated in an ultra-marathon to raise funds for The Views–to name a few ways Natalie shines!

Natalie, you are a STAR, and we are so lucky to have you as a part of our team!
