Join us for the final session of our "Conversations with Leaders" webinar series on February 19, from 11:00 a.m. to Noon, where Mary Ellen Sanajko will refresh our understanding of the importance of social intelligence in creating psychologically safe workplaces.

Mary Ellen will highlight three powerful resources and programs from SafeCare BC designed to help you enhance your workplace dynamics:

  • Civility Matters Toolkit: This online toolkit explores the impact of workplace civility on staff well-being and care delivery. It includes real-life scenarios to help your team confidently and respectfully navigate challenging situations.
  • Enhancing Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace: A no-cost consultation service with Sheila Fauman, SafeCare BC's Psychological Health and Safety Coach, who will help your team prevent psychological harm and create a safer, healthier work environment with tailored recommendations for your organization.
  • SCORE Program: A 9-12 month facilitated program that empowers front-line staff to make small, sustainable changes that improve civility, respect, and engagement in the workplace. A team-driven approach that builds unity, boosts morale, and improves workplace culture.
