With over 25 years dedicated to senior living healthcare, Kathrin has found her life's passion in the rewarding journey of providing housing and care to older adults. After earning her Chartered Professional Accountant designation and a Master of Arts in Healthcare Leadership focused on person-centred care in long-term care settings, she honed her expertise to serve those in need better. Currently leading The Broadway Group as CEO, Kathrin is committed to fostering a culture of excellence and kindness among our staff and community members.

Outside the office, Kathrin's weekends are filled with adventures in the great outdoors, accompanied by her canine companion, Oaklie. Whether hiking, camping, snowshoeing, or paddle boarding, she finds solace and inspiration in nature's beauty. As an avid scuba diver, Kathrin is captivated by the enchanting underwater world of the West Coast and often shares these experiences with her partner, Dan. Through it all, she's been fortunate to encounter countless caring and compassionate individuals, reaffirming her dedication to the healthcare profession and aligning professionally and personally with SafeCare’s mandate to promote safety and well-being for those working in the continuing care sector.
