Sheila has over 15 years of experience working in the healthcare and justice sectors. Her experiences have included workplace health and safety, program oversight and development, research, and working directly with service users.
Education Manager
With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Commerce and a Masters in Health Leadership and Policy, Kajal is passionate about using education to close the gaps in delivering person-centred care.

Jennifer Derksen brings a diverse background in occupational health and safety, supported by an undergraduate degree and OHS certification from BCIT. Her skills and experience span multiple sectors, including a decade in the K–12 education system, where she gained practical expertise in developing and implementing occupational health and safety programs for complex work environments.
