Her commitment hasn’t gone unnoticed; she’s been honored with accolades such as the Barrie Chamber of Commerce Woman of the Year and the RBC Women of Influence Social Change Award. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Cousins is dedicated to her personal well-being. She finds balance through fitness, enjoys diving into books, and treasures moments spent with family and friends. Her story is a testament to leadership, resilience, and the importance of nurturing both professional and personal growth.
