Creative pathways to self-care: an expressive arts workshop

Reconnect with your inner world using a blend of visual art, gentle movement, and creative writing. Explore what self-care means to you, not just as a routine, but as a meaningful relationship with your own well-being.

Join us for a creative and restorative journey into the heart of self-care through the expressive arts. This experiential workshop invites you to reconnect with your inner world using a blend of visual art, gentle movement, and creative writing. In a supportive, non-judgmental space, you’ll explore what self-care means to you, not just as a routine, but as a meaningful relationship with your own well-being.

No prior artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to explore. Whether you’re looking to replenish your energy, gain clarity, or simply enjoy some creative time for yourself, this workshop offers a powerful way to reconnect, realign, and restore.

Through guided prompts, gentle reflection, and creative play, participants will:

  • Use expressive arts to identify and release inner blocks to well-being
  • Deepen their understanding of self-care as an imaginative and playful personal practice
  • Discover creative ways that support emotional balance and resilience
  • Leave with renewed insight, inspiration, and practical tools for ongoing self-nourishment
