SafeCare BC’s mission is to empower those working in the continuing care sector to create safer, healthier workplaces – that’s why we always value what our members have to say.

In May, we invited you to participate in our Member Survey. You answered.

We want to thank everyone who participated in this year’s survey. Your feedback lets us focus our efforts on the areas that matter most to you.

We’ll incorporate your feedback into our work plan for the next year. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Enhancing in-person training
  • Expanding online learning offerings
  • Increasing focus on dementia care training
  • Expanding mental health and stress education
