Tracey, part of a collaborative team, won the 2019 BC Health Care Award for Workplace Health Innovation. She writes and publishes weekly articles on relevant leadership topics for thousands of medical and healthcare leaders as part of the Resilient Leadership Series at VCH. Tracey also developed, designed, and produced UBC’s first online course in family business education for a large global audience on the edX platform.
