Here at Fort Langley, all of our staff are part of the team that works hard to provide the best care possible for all of our residents. Among those staff, the Support Services Team includes some of the hardest-working and under-acknowledged. We try to mitigate this by ensuring they are part of the conversation, by including their input, by giving them a voice and ensuring it is heard. From the small details of providing a resident with their favourite fruit, or getting them a piece of cake they may have missed out on, our staff try their utmost to ensure our residents feel special. And so this month we get the chance to celebrate them with a pizza party (their favourite).
