Tending the heart: Tools for emotional healing and resilience

This webinar offers a nurturing space for participants to ground, reflect, connect, and begin to heal. It gently supports individuals through diverse emotional experiences and provides tools for resilience and self-care. With a focus on both self-care and collective care, this session encourages compassionate space-holding, nervous system regulation, and emotional resilience. Participants will be guided through gentle, somatic practices that invite a softening of tension, deepen the breath, and restore a felt sense of calm, safety, and connection.

Objectives:

  • Create a compassionate environment for quiet reflection and emotional grounding
  • Acknowledge and validate diverse emotional experiences such as grief, loss, anger, compassion fatigue
  • Foster connection and shared humanity as a foundation for healing
  • Introduce practical tools for emotional processing, resilience, sustainable self-care and collective care.

Outcomes:

  • Feel emotionally grounded through simple, accessible practices that support self-regulation and presence.
  • Gain insight into emotional diversity including grief, loss, anger, and compassion fatigue, with greater awareness and acceptance.
  • Cultivating a sense of connection and community, during difficult collective experiences.
  • Take away practical tools for emotional resilience, including breathwork, reflective prompts, and self-care strategies.
  • Understand collective care, and how relational support can foster emotional strength and resilience for self and others.
