Beyond awareness: Building belonging through neurodiversity

Belonging at work isn't just about feeling welcomed. When we truly collaborate and seek to understand others, it’s about creating conditions where everyone can contribute their strengths without having to hide who they are.

In honour of Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2026, this webinar moves beyond awareness to action through exploring the vital connection between neurodiversity and belonging in the workplace. Drawing from research, over a decade of work experience in HR leadership, and her own lived experience as a stroke survivor, Jackie will show you why understanding how different brains process information transforms both team dynamics and the people we serve. Together, we’ll talk through the definition of neurodiversity, explore disclosure (and why we don’t actually need to know), as well as practical strategies around neuroinclusion that you can use immediately with colleagues and those around you, approaches that reduce friction, prevent burnout, and honour the natural diversity of human minds.
