Hilton Villa Care Centre - Support services team

June 26, 2025

During our recent kitchen renovation, the dedication of our support services staff truly shone through. Faced with the challenge of limited space and resources, they rose to the occasion with grace, adaptability, and a deep commitment to ensuring our residents continued to enjoy the high-quality meals they deserve.

From the very beginning, the team worked tirelessly to adjust and adapt the menu in every possible way. They thoughtfully planned meals that could be prepared in temporary spaces, all while maintaining nutrition, taste, and variety. With the kitchen out of commission, they went the extra mile—literally—relocating all kitchen equipment and supplies into a different room to keep operations running smoothly.

Beyond the dining experience, our support services team also play a heartfelt role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents through recreation. They create delightful snacks and desserts themed for holidays, birthdays, and special occasions—adding joy and celebration to our shared spaces. From beautifully decorated cakes to seasonally inspired treats, they put thought and creativity into everything they do.

Even during care conferences, they go out of their way to offer a comforting touch—preparing the snack cart to make the experience a little more welcoming for residents and families alike.

Their quiet efforts speak volumes. The care, creativity, and commitment they bring to each day is a testament to their character—and a big part of what makes our community feel like home.

Thank you to our incredible support services team for everything you do.
