Coaching That Belongs
Jackie Connelly (she/her) is a speaker, writer, past HR Leader of over a decade and a Certified Organizational Coach. She is the founder of Coaching That Belongs, offering coaching and consulting that sits at the intersection of helping organizations create the conditions where neurodivergent employees can belong, and supporting individual clients to find or create workplaces where they don't have to choose between belonging and authenticity. Jackie is a stroke survivor and identifies as having an acquired neurodivergent brain. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from UBC, a Post-Degree Diploma in HR Management from Camosun College, a Certificate in Organizational Coaching from UBC, and a Coaching Neurodiversity at Work certification. She holds a Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, is working towards her coaching accreditation through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF).
