Arpan Grewal

Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, Programs
Arpan obtained her Bachelor of Science, majoring in cellular and molecular biology, from SFU. She then worked as a Lab Assistant in an environmental testing lab and later as an optometrist assistant.

A workplace incident sparked her interest in occupational health and safety. She completed the Occupational Health and Safety Diploma program at BCIT. Since then, she’s gained valuable experience working as a health and safety professional in the Engineering and Retail industry. She’s helped companies develop health and safety programs and achieve a Certificate of Recognition (COR).

Arpan is passionate about providing the continuing care sector with the necessary resources and training to help create healthy, safe workplaces and prevent workplace injuries.

In her spare time, she enjoys baking gluten-free desserts, spending time with friends and family and learning yoga.
