Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The AGM will take place during The Leaders Forum event.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, March 14, at noon. The AGM will take place during The Leaders Health and Safety Forum event.

During this meeting, Michele Thomson, our Board Chair and Saleema Dhalla, CEO will provide an update on our association’s key accomplishments over the past year and share our strategic plans for the upcoming year. Our Treasurer Kathrin McMath will also present our financial report for the year.

Eligibility to Vote:
Key items to be presented for your vote will include the slate of candidates for our Board. Please designate your representative if you will not be available to vote during the AGM by completing the Proxy Form.

Designates or proxies of long-term care providers, home care providers, and designated organizations, as defined in the organization’s bylaws, are entitled to vote during the AGM.
