This session introduces the Safety Spectrum model, helping to expand the understanding leaders have of the human and system conditions that shape safety long before harm occurs. You’ll see how two innovative solutions: gamified situational awareness training and a health and safety dashboard increases your visibility to support earlier intervention, better decision-making, and safer workplaces.
