Kiran Bhatti manages WorkSafeBC’s classification and rates team. She and her team ensure that WorkSafeBC’s classification system is representative of how industries are evolving in BC. She joined WorkSafeBC in 2020 while pursuing her MBA from Beedie School of Business and started managing the Class and Rates team early in 2023.

Industry and Program Specialist, Prevention Programs and Services
Daryl Davidson is an Industry & Program Specialist with Prevention Programs & Services at WorkSafeBC. She works with industry health and safety associations, employers, and workers, in the health care sector to support and advance the prevention of workplace injuries and illness through partnerships, consultation, and outreach. She joined WorkSafeBC in early 2022, after having spent the previous 15 years working in forestry as a safety manager and health care as the acting violence prevention lead for Northern Health.

Denise Subotin is a Manager in Prevention Programs and Services at WorkSafeBC. She works with industry associations, labour organizations, health and safety associations, and workers and employers in the Education, Health Care, and Social Services sectors to support and advance the prevention of workplace injuries and illness through partnerships, consultation, and education. Prior to joining WorkSafeBC in 2017, Denise worked in health and safety in B.C.’s health care sector for nearly 10 years. Denise holds a M.Sc. of Occupational and Environmental Hygiene from the University of British Columbia and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP).
