Presented by

Dr. Bryn Hyndman is a holistic family doctor who blends the best of eastern and western medicine. She became a health enthusiast in 2001 after transforming her own health with whole foods and herbal medicine. She graduated as a naturopathic doctor in 2005, and went on to earn her medical degree in 2010.  Today, she helps high-achieving women build their health esteem and reconnect to their vitality, purpose, and joy—viewing health as a lifelong practice of alignment, not perfection.
