With over two decades of experience as a certified yoga therapist, registered yoga teacher, and sound healer, Tianne has offered a guiding light to countless individuals in Vancouver and internationally, since 2002. Tianne’s journey to becoming a yoga teacher wasn’t conventional. Previously, she thrived as a high-performance athlete at the national level, bringing the same dedication to her yoga practice that she once poured into her athletic pursuits. It was a life-altering car accident that truly unveiled the transformative power of yoga in Tianne’s life. Through the depths of her own physical and emotional trauma, she discovered the profound healing potential of restorative yoga and yoga therapy.
