With a background in biology and over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Lyne Moussa has built a career around one core belief: healthcare starts from within. As a wellness-focused HR leader, coach, and instructor at Simon Fraser University, she empowers individuals and teams to take ownership of their health, choices, and work life.
Her approach blends empathy, truth, and accountability, offering not quick fixes, but meaningful tools and space for real conversations. From pioneering the role of Wellness Manager before it was mainstream to delivering mental health workshops for hundreds of leaders, she has witnessed the power of mindset shifts to reduce burnout, build trust, and reconnect people with their purpose.
Outside of her professional life, she trains alongside her sons, a practice that has grown into both a personal passion and a business. As a certified personal trainer, she integrates physical strength with mental resilience to support well-being at every level.
Whether coaching a new leader, developing workplace wellness strategies, or helping someone navigate difficult decisions, she shows up grounded, honest, and focused on what truly matters—because while life can be complex, with the right support, it can also be transformative.
