Françoise (pronounced “France-WAS”) is the Executive Director of TEND, a consulting firm that offers training to a broad spectrum of workforces encountering stress and intense workloads. A Registered Psychotherapist based in Kingston, ON, she is a subject matter expert on workplace stress, trauma, and burnout. She is a trained Palliative Care volunteer.
The child of two French-Canadian teachers, Françoise spent her early years in Canada’s far North.
