Annual General Meeting

Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 8:30 AM. The AGM starts with the Leaders’ Breakfast.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, March 10, at 8:30 a.m. The AGM will take place during the Leaders Health and Safety Forum event.

The morning will begin with a leaders’ breakfast at 8:30 a.m. It’s a great chance to connect with fellow leaders from across the sector. The AGM will follow immediately after breakfast.

What you’ll hear

During the meeting, Michele Thomson (Board Chair), Saleema Dhalla (CEO) and Kathrin McMath (Treasurer) will share our association’s key accomplishments from the past year and provide an update on SafeCare BC’s strategic direction for the year ahead.

Why your participation is vital

As a member of the Association, your participation is essential. Voting members will make key decisions and approve:

  • The audited financial statements for the year ending 2025
  • Nominees to the SafeCare BC Board of Directors

Each voting member organization has an authorized designate. If your designate cannot attend, your organization will appoint a proxy to ensure your vote is represented. Use our form to appoint a proxy who will vote for your organization: SafeCare BC Member Proxy Form 2026.
