Jennifer Baumbusch 

Jennifer Baumbusch 

Dr. Jennifer Baumbusch is a Professor at the MacIsaac School of Nursing at the University of British Columbia. She began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse in long-term care homes 30 years ago.

Over the course of her career, Jennifer has been a clinician, educator and administrative leader in the long-term care home sector. For the past two decades, she has led a research program about paid and unpaid work in long-term care homes. In addition to her current faculty role, Jennifer is an Associate Editor with The Gerontologist and the International Journal of Older People Nursing, leading publications about health and social care for older people.
