Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental condition that affects an estimated four to six percent of Canadian adults. In recent years, ADHD has gained greater recognition in the workplace. Many adults with ADHD experience challenges with organization, time management, sustaining attention, and follow-through, factors that can make work feel overwhelming and increase the risk of stress and burnout.
