Recharge, focus, and build your capacity to care

Explore a four-part framework for personal energy management: identifying energy leaks, optimizing how you invest energy, learning to build it back up, and understanding how energy flows through relationships.

This webinar will not be recorded.

In today’s demanding world, caregivers, whether in healthcare, social services, or community support, are carrying more than ever. The weight of constant giving can take a serious toll on energy, focus, and overall wellbeing. This interactive session is designed to help you reclaim, optimize, and strengthen your personal energy so you can thrive, not just survive.

Through science-based insights, guided self-reflection, and hands-on practice, you’ll explore a four-part framework for personal energy management: identifying energy leaks, optimizing how you invest energy, learning to build it back up, and understanding how energy flows through relationships. You’ll leave with practical, immediately applicable techniques to boost your resilience, mental toughness, and emotional fitness, tools to help you continue your vital work while caring for yourself along the way.

As a bonus, you’ll receive access to a quick personal energy quiz before the event. Your confidential results will only be used in aggregate to tailor the session to attendee needs and provide personalized insights to support your growth.

Join Sarah Deane in this webinar to gain a clear understanding of the role of energy as your personal “human currency” and to learn practical strategies to manage, sustain, and enhance your energy levels.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize and address personal energy “leaks” that drain focus, resilience, and emotional well-being.
  • Apply a practical four-part framework to optimize, increase, and sustain personal energy in both professional and personal life.
  • Practice simple, science-backed techniques for stress management, emotional fitness, and building relational energy.
