Practical, evidence-based guidance on what women can do to reduce their risk and recognize early warning signs, supporting both personal well-being and the health of those in our care.

What if the most common signs of heart disease in women are the ones we’re most likely to miss?

In recognition of Heart Health Month, this webinar explored how heart disease presents differently in women and why these differences are often overlooked. Dr. Sedlak looked at real-world cases to highlight ongoing gaps in the diagnosis and treatment of women’s heart disease.

With a focus relevant to those working in healthcare and care-based sectors, the session unpacked key sex and gender differences in symptoms, risk factors, and causes of heart disease.
