Occupational Health and Safety Committee: Part 2 - Beyond the Basics

Go beyond the basics and be the safety champion your team needs. 

This advanced course is for Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee members who’ve completed the mandatory 8-hour Part 1 training and are ready to move from theory to confident action. Part 2 – Beyond the Basics bridges the gap between foundational knowledge and real-world application, empowering committee members to take a more active and confident role in their organization’s health and safety practices. 

Topics include: 

  • Hazard identification 
  • Risk assessment and control measures 
  • Workplace inspections 
  • Incident investigations
