Mentor Pods

Leaders like you have told us you want to connect with your peers to meet and share ideas. We’re giving you that opportunity with our Mentor Pods program.

Mentor Pods facilitates connections at your own pace. Join a small group of industry leaders from different organizations to meet and discuss challenges, successes, and innovative ideas. Set your own pace—our recommendation is to meet for an hour a month. You will feel energized and inspired knowing your pod is working to create safer and healthier workplaces.

How will we support the mentor pods? If you were at our Leaders’ Forum this year where the program launched, you likely met our keynote speaker, Mary Ellen Sanajko. She will be curating resources specifically for this program including:

  • Meeting agenda templates for you to adapt as your own
  • Monthly emails with resources and stories
  • Quarterly webinars
