With a Master's in Occupational and Environmental Hygiene from UBC, she has spearheaded initiatives at provincial and national levels to enhance employee well-being and minimize workplace injuries.

Notably, Saleema orchestrated a province-wide program standardization effort, earning Certificate of Recognition certification for 300 locations across BC and generating substantial cost savings.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Saleema finds joy in staying active through indoor cycling and walking in nature. She also indulges in hobbies like reading, baking, and cherishing moments with her family.
