Ashifa Tharani is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the aviation industry, education, and talent acquisition. With over a decade of experience in leadership roles at Air Canada and her passion for teaching and community involvement, Ashifa brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to her current role at SafeCare BC.

Ashifa Tharani is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the aviation industry, education, and talent acquisition. With over a decade of experience in leadership roles at Air Canada and her passion for teaching and community involvement, Ashifa brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to her current role at SafeCare BC.

She earned her Business Degree at Ryerson University. Then, she honed her skills by obtaining an HR Diploma and Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) certification.

Ashifa currently serves as an Operations Advisor at SafeCare BC, where her extensive background in operations, HR, and talent acquisition converges. In her current role, she leverages her diverse skill set to contribute to the organization's mission of ensuring safe, healthy, and injury-free workplaces for British Columbia's continuing care workers.

She finds joy in her passion for cooking and yoga, often incorporating stretches into her daily routine. Her commitment to community and family is evident through her extensive volunteer work and quality time spent with loved ones. As a certified yoga instructor, she embodies a holistic approach to life, seeking balance in her professional and personal pursuits.
