Her experience working within a non-profit organization with diverse programs, including healthcare, childcare, and outreach services, has given her a strong understanding of the unique health and safety needs of organizations that support people and communities. Rajneet also brings experience from a contracting company, where she supported complex projects and federal clients. Her work included workplace inspections, hazard assessments, safety audits, incident and near-miss investigations, emergency preparedness, safety training, and the development and implementation of health and safety plans.

Rajneet is passionate about practical, people-centred approaches to health and safety. She enjoys working collaboratively with employees, leaders, and teams to identify risks, strengthen safety practices, and build safer, healthier workplaces.
