Marina is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Professional Consultant on Aging, dedicated to promoting person-centred care and improving the quality of life for individuals living with dementia and their families. With a background in HR management specializing in senior care, Marina brings years of experience supporting older adults and the people who care for them. 

Marina is passionate about building understanding, reducing stigma and empowering communities to better support those affected by dementia. As a vivacious and empathetic facilitator, she strives to create learning experiences that are engaging, compassionate and grounded in real world insight.

A longtime North Shore resident, Marina can often be found walking along the seawall, taking in the beauty of the outdoors that inspires and grounds her.
