Emergencies can happen with little or no warning. That's why Rosemary Dunne of the Broadway Group wanted to be prepared for the unexpected. Her level of detail and commitment to creating a strong emergency plan didn't go unnoticed. Her staff, along with the SafeCare BC director of occupational health and safety services, Jennifer Derksen, emphasize the importance of these plans and why other members should follow their lead.
