Healthcare professionals are routinely exposed to high stress situations, critical incidents, loss, and emotional demands that can have a significant impact on mental health and well-being. While stress is often considered part of the job, repeated exposure to trauma can contribute to symptoms of post-traumatic stress, compassion fatigue, burnout, and emotional exhaustion.

This webinar explores the realities of trauma and PTSD within healthcare settings, helping participants understand how trauma affects the nervous system, workplace functioning, and overall quality of life. Through education, normalization, and practical strategies, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare workers and learn approaches that support resilience, recovery, and psychological well-being.
