The menopause conversation: Building workplace support

This practical and engaging session breaks down what every worker and leader needs to know about menopause.

Half of the workforce will experience menopause, yet most of us were never taught what it is, how it shows up, or how it can impact us at work. In care settings, where workers are supporting others while managing demanding schedules and high levels of responsibility, symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, sleep disruption, and overwhelm can have a real impact on well-being and job performance.

In this practical and engaging session, Lisa Boate, Founder of Liberated Menopause Consulting & Coaching, will break down what every worker and leader needs to know about menopause, its impact in the workplace, and how we can create environments where experienced workers feel supported, valued, and able to thrive.
