Mike Harnett

President
Mike Harnett is president of Solaris Fatigue Management, a consulting firm that optimizes worker health, safety and performance.  With a background in human factors and sleep neurobiology, she has expertise in the science of fatigue, sleep, and safety management systems. She has been a researcher and consultant to various government agencies, including the Canadian Standards Association, the US Federal Railroad Administration, the European Commission, Transport Canada, and NASA.
