Kerry is a UBC Okanagan Human Kinetics graduate whose personal fitness journey has spanned athletics, bodybuilding, and injury rehabilitation. Outside of the gym, her academic journey shaped a passion for helping others live well for longer through accessible, sustainable, lifestyle-based approaches to healthy aging. She believes it’s never too late to start, that some physical activity is better than none, and that more is better than some. Her approach to wellness and physical activity instruction focuses on practical, accessible movement and building habits that support strength, independence, and quality of life at every stage of life.
