She has also worked with a contracting company, supporting complex projects and federal clients. Her responsibilities included workplace inspections, hazard assessments, safety audits, incident and near-miss investigations, emergency preparedness, safety training, and the development of health and safety plans.

Rajneet takes a practical, people-centred approach to her work. She values collaboration with employees, leaders, and teams to identify risks, strengthen safety practices, and create workplaces where people feel safe, informed, and prepared to take part in workplace safety.

She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance from Langara College.
