Mary Martin

Mary Martin

Mary Martin, CCIP, is the Director of Learning and Engagement at Pacific Blue Cross, with over 25 years of senior leadership experience. A certified Canadian Inclusion Practitioner and holder of a UBC Certificate in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, Mary is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can be their authentic selves. She partners with organizations like the First Nations Health Authority and TransCare BC, Accessible Employers, and the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion to address systemic issues and promote health equity, including developing accessible eLearning resources for all Canadians. Mary serves on the Inclusion Council of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade and is passionate about helping others thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, live theatre, and teaching EDI courses at Langara College. As a mother and grandmother, she strives to help others navigate challenges with compassion and care, as her aspiration is to be a “stone catcher”.
